Transform your Story

Transformation is when the butterfly that emerges from the crysalis. The caterpillar has a story, earthbound on its little feet. When it undergoes a transformation, it now has a butterfly story.
Transformation begins as we begin to imagine what we would like to be, do, have. Thoughts are the agent for change, as what a person thinks about is who he or she is. Daily we can think a bigger and better thought.
Sometimes our daily inner monologue is on "just another day," or "how will I ever pay all my bills," or "I'm looking so old." The first step to transformation is starting to catch those negative thoughts and begin to change them to something better.
